These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Workfloows platform, including all APIs, tools, and related services ("Services"). By creating an account, purchasing credits or subscriptions, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

1.2. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

2.1. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2.2. Prepaid credits do not expire unless otherwise specified.

2.3. Pricing and available plans are listed on our website and may change with prior notice.

3.1. Subscriptions: You may request a full refund if your subscription began less than 7 days ago and you have used fewer than 10% of your monthly credits. After 7 days, or once more than 10% of credits are used, payments are non-refundable.

3.2. Prepaid credits: You may request a full refund if your purchase was made less than 7 days ago and you have used fewer than 100 credits. After 7 days, or once more than 100 credits are used, purchases are non-refundable.

3.3. Refund requests must be sent to support@workfloo.ws.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive scraping.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the Services.
• Resell or share your account or credits without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5.1. All rights, title, and interest in the Services remain with Workfloows.

5.2. You retain ownership of data you submit through the Services but grant us the right to process it for providing the Services.

6.1. We strive to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6.2. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
